Secret to hiring the BEST Listing Agent!

When you are thinking of selling your home, one of the first thoughts is "now I have to find a Realtor!" - and this is a very important step!  Many people have a misconception that when interviewing and hiring a Realto, you should hire one that has the most listings in your area.  If you give it a moment to reflect on that, the actual bottom line is to find a BUYER for your home - so wouldn't it be wise to hire a strong buyers agent who ALSO has the marketing and technology skills to get your home viewed and sold in the least amount of time?  - you see, Realtors who work closely with BUYERS have their pulse on the market place, they understand what buyers are currently looking for in their new home, AND - Realtors that often work with buyers have an established database of buyers who they can market your home to!  Sometimes the Realtors with the most listings, concentrate on just that - listing, and then turning around and adding another listing, and so on and so forth.  It's important to evaluate your Realtors by their attention to all aspects of the real estate business for both buyers AND sellers!  Contact me if you have any questions, I'm happy to help!  I joined Berkshire Hathaway as a strong buyer representative, and with over 20 years in the business I have a lot of experience with listings as well.  One of the biggest reasons I chose Berkshire Hathaway is because of the level of technology available to represent my Sellers - it is unbelievable!  The ability to market your home via social media re-targeting, one-click email and text of YOUR listing to my entire database of thousands, and the backup of YOUR listing appearing on all Berkshire Hathaway sites where it can reach the audience of buyers ready to buyer your home!  Have a great week everyone!
